We  are a family owned business since 2022. Anthony Vassallo is the owner,  Neveen Vassallo does food prepping and the event coordinator, Luis  Torres is the cook and makes the homemade Empanadas. We are a family  unit that works together and started out with just  a tent and tables and we saved money together to buy a trailer and make  it our own. We have a love of food that we love to share amongst family  and friends. We take pride in our variety of food options and the  diversity. We always serve with a smile. All of  our Empanadas are homemade and come with a side of sauce for dipping.  Our Crispy Chicken sandwiches are served on brioche rolls. The chicken  is a thin cut and is breaded and fried. The Falafel Wrap is a great  vegan option except for the wrap itself. If you  have a sweet tooth try our Apple Turnover Empanadas. We provide a  friendly service and our motto is we don't want you waiting longer than  10min. All of our food is on the go.  

We are a NY based franchise offering over 90 flavors of Italian ices and  ice cream.  

Our Pennsylvania store is the only one in PA and is located  in Easton at 1700 Sullivan Trail in Forks Township.  

We are open Monday  through Saturday from 1pm  to 10pm and Sunday from 1pm to 8pm.
