Dreamland Farmstead is a family run farm of first generation farmers based in Coopersburg, PA.
Ken and Carolyn have a passion for food and knowing the who/what/where/how when it comes to growing it. 2024 is our 7th season growing beyond organic vegetables and raising happy hens for pastured eggs.
We grow over 50 varieties of certified organic, non-gmo produce using organic, permaculture practices while following intensive companion planting and no-dig methods for healthy regenerative soil processes.
The produce is harvested at the peak of ripeness and brought to market that day so you know you're getting the freshest produce you can buy.
Visit www.dreamlandfarmstead.com to learn more about our story and classes and events on the farm.

Hausman Fruit Farm began in 1916 by George and Cora Hausman. Their son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Miriam Hausman operated the farm from the 1960’s-1990’s. Their son Keith along with wife Carol, and grandson Justin continued the operations in 2000. Today Justin and his wife April, along with their 4 children (5th generation) have taken on the tradition of growing fine quality fruits and produce along with ventures in agritainment and events on the farm! Their oldest, Lacey, has introduced equine activities on the farm. She does pony rides, parties, boarding and leasing at the farm. Lily, the youngest has started goat snuggling and a traveling petting zoo. While Brent and Greg are studying diesel technology they putting it to good use fixing and maintaining equipment on the farm with Justin!
We are a 5th generation beef and pork farm. We milked cows up until 1990, then we sold the dairy cows and concentrated on beef and pork. My husband and myself along with our children raise all of our animals. We have a British White Park bull that we have running with our cows. Our calves are out in the pasture drinking milk and eating grass until they are several hundred pounds then they are brought in to finish, they are fed 75% of our own grown hay and 25% of our own feed. We grow our own grains and grind our feed. Our animals are given no shots or antibiotics. We send our animals to Springfield meats on California Road to be processed. We are proud to sell good quality meats, we have attended several farmers markets and sell cuts of meat right from our freezers.

We are a family owned business since 2022. Anthony Vassallo is the owner, Neveen Vassallo does food prepping and the event coordinator, Luis Torres is the cook and makes the homemade Empanadas. We are a family unit that works together and started out with just a tent and tables and we saved money together to buy a trailer and make it our own. We have a love of food that we love to share amongst family and friends. We take pride in our variety of food options and the diversity. We always serve with a smile. All of our Empanadas are homemade and come with a side of sauce for dipping. Our Crispy Chicken sandwiches are served on brioche rolls. The chicken is a thin cut and is breaded and fried. The Falafel Wrap is a great vegan option except for the wrap itself. If you have a sweet tooth try our Apple Turnover Empanadas. We provide a friendly service and our motto is we don't want you waiting longer than 10min. All of our food is on the go.
We are a NY based franchise offering over 90 flavors of Italian ices and ice cream.
Our Pennsylvania store is the only one in PA and is located in Easton at 1700 Sullivan Trail in Forks Township.
We are open Monday through Saturday from 1pm to 10pm and Sunday from 1pm to 8pm.
